West Windsor Town Council member Joe Charles has been in discussions with the NJ Transit Consumer Advocate about arranging a visit to the station to discuss matters such as the portal bridge closure and concerns on train schedules. Please see below for the announcement from Joe Charles:

Princeton Junction (West Windsor) train commuters – save the date!  The New Jersey Transit Customer Advocate, Franck Beaumin, informed me he is planning to visit our train station on Wednesday evening, September 30th, from 5:30 – 7:30pm.  

The purpose of the Customer Advocate position is to gather feedback and advocate for commuters.  In this role, he reports bi-monthly to the NJT board of directors.  

This is an opportunity for commuters to provide feedback to NJT, in a constructive manner.  As opposed to broad statements such as “I don’t like the train service”, give some thought to specific items and actionable suggestions to provide.  Please be courteous, he is here to help.
