Without A Permit,
You Need Daily Parking!
In order to meet competing demands, our lots are allocated between “permit” and “daily” parking and subject to availability on a first-come basis to those abiding by all applicable policies, rules, regulations and procedures.
Our cost-effective operation allows us to offer a very reasonable $12 daily rate for up to 24 hours in the Vaughn, Wallace Daily, Station Drive and Alexander lots. The Wallace Permit lot has a $12 daily rate Friday – Monday and $17 daily rate Tuesday – Thursday.
Daily parking can be purchased by either using a pay station located in on of the parking lots (a $0.35 convenience fee applies) or by using a mobile payment option such as Parkmobile ($1.75 transaction fee applies)
Parkmobile now has a monthly subscription services for $3.99 per month called Parkmobile Go. With that subscription the customer will not pay any transaction fees with while Parkmobile (parking rates still apply). Any commuter that parks 3 or more times a month using the Parkmobile app would save money with this service. If you are interested in getting the Parkmobile Go, open the Parkmobile app, click on the menu option in the upper right corner, select subscriptions, then follow the prompts for Parkmobile Go. There is currently a 30 free trial being offered.
Convenient Parking Solutions
Owned by WWPA and treated as one lot, these connected lots are accessible directly from either Alexander Road or Vaughn Drive. Parking in these lots is currently shared but not divided between permit parking and daily parking.
Daily parking is offered in the Vaughn Daily lot priced at $12 for a single stay of up to 24 hours to a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Payment is required promptly after parking on all days and at all times. Payment can only be made through the Parkmobile App with Zone 4802 which involves a convenience fee of $1.75 per transaction for the Vaughn Parking lot.
Daily parking is offered in a very limited quantity in the Wallace Permit lot priced at $12 for a single stay of up to 24 hours to a maximum of 7 consecutive days Friday through Monday and $17 for a single stay up to 24 hours Tuesday through Thursday. Payment is required promptly after parking on all days and at all times. Payment can only be made through the Parkmobile App with Zone 4801 which involves a convenience fee of $1.75 per transaction.

Payment is required promptly after parking on all days and at all times at any of 11 pay stations – simple prompts will guide you through the few steps required to “pay-by-plate” with credit/debit cards only. Payment can also be made through the Parkmobile App with Zone 4899 which involves a convenience fee of $1.75 per transaction.
Owned by NJ TRANSIT, these lots are for daily parkers and priced at $12 for a single stay of up to 24 hours to a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Payment is required promptly after parking on all days and at all times at any of 11 pay stations – simple prompts will guide you through the few steps required to “pay-by-plate” with credit/debit cards only. Payment can also be made through the Parkmobile App Zone 4899 which involves a convenience fee of $1.75 per transaction.

Important Information
Correct License Plate Numbers
The LPR scanners do not leave room for error. Accordingly, daily parkers – whether using Parkmobile or pay stations must be sure to enter their correct license plate numbers.
All vehicles must be parked to ensure that the license plate is visible to the drive aisles.
Free Weekend Parking
As a courtesy, West Windsor residents may park in the WALLACE PERMIT LOT from Friday evenings after 3 pm until 3am Monday Morning and and on federal holidays( New Years Day, Martin Luther Kings Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Dat, Thanksgiving, Chrstmas) The vehicle parked must be registered to a West Windsor residence.
