In order to meet competing demands, our lots are allocated between “permit” and “daily” parking and subject to availability on a first-come basis to those abiding by all applicable policies, rules, regulations and procedures.
Our cost-effective operation allows us to offer a very reasonable $7 daily rate for up to 24 hours.
About the Vaughn Permit and Daily Pay Lots
Owned by WWPA and treated as one lot, these connected lots are accessible directly from either Alexander Road or Vaughn Drive. Parking in these lots is currently shared but not divided between permit parking and daily parking. Daily parking is offered in the Vaughn lot priced at $7 for a single stay of up to 24
hours to a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Payment is required promptly after parking on all days and at all times. Payment can only be made through the Parkmobile App with Zone 4802 which involves a convenience fee of 75¢ per transaction.

Once registered, customers can use the app or call 877-727-5304 to pay for parking in Zone 4802, which is exclusive to the Vaughn Lots. These details are posted on numerous signs throughout the Vaughn lots.
About the Wallace Permit Lot
Owned by WWPA and primarily used as a Permit Parking lot for West Windsor Residents only with limited number of Daily parking spaces available each day. Parking in this lot is currently shared but not divided between permit parking and daily parking. Daily parking is offered in the Wallace Permit lot priced at $7 for a single stay of up to 24 hours to a maximum of 7 consecutive days Friday through Monday and priced at $10 for a single day Tuesday through Thursday. Payment is required promptly after parking on all days and at all times. Payment can only be made through the Parkmobile App with Zone 4801 which involves a convenience fee of 75¢ per transaction.

Daily parking is offered in the Alexander permit lot including the Gravel lot priced at $7 for a single stay of up to 24 hours to a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Payment is required promptly after parking on all days and at all times at any of 11 pay stations – simple prompts will guide you through the few steps required to “pay-by-plate” with credit/debit cards only. Payment can also be made through the Parkmobile App with Zone 4899 which involves a convenience fee of 75¢ per transaction.
About the Station Drive Daily Pay & Wallace Daily Pay Lots
Owned by NJ TRANSIT, these lots are for daily parkers and priced at $7 for a single stay of up to 24 hours to a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Payment is required promptly after parking on all days and at all times at any of 11 pay stations – simple prompts will guide you through the few steps required to “pay-by-plate” with credit/debit cards only. Payment can also be made through the Parkmobile App Zone 4899 which involves a convenience fee of 70¢ per transaction.

About the Importance of Correct License Plate Numbers
The LPR scanners do not leave room for error. Accordingly, daily parkers – whether using Parkmobile in the Vaughn Lots or pay stations in either the Station Drive or Wallace Daily Pay lots – must be sure to enter their correct license plate numbers.
Free Weekend Parking
As a courtesy, West Windsor residents may park in the WALLACE PERMIT LOT from Friday evenings after 3 pm until 3am Monday Morning and and on federal holidays( New Years Day, Martin Luther Kings Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Dat, Thanksgiving, Chrstmas) The vehicle parked must be registered to a West Windsor residence.
