ENFORCEMENT – TICKETS & TOWING

Customers using the parking facilities of the Princeton Junction Train Station managed by the West Windsor Parking Authority (WWPA) are subject to the rules of the WWPA, applicable state statutes and ordinances of West Windsor Township including but not limited to Township ordinances and Chapter VIII and Section 8-1.  Violators shall face a minimum fine of $60.00.  If you wish to plead not guilty you must notify the court and on the day your matter is scheduled you must appear in West Windsor Municipal Court located at 20 Municipal Drive, Princeton Junction, New Jersey 08550.

More specifically, the WWPA wishes to advise customers using the Princeton Junction parking facilities managed by the WWPA of the following.

  • Parking facilities are routinely patrolled by State authorized parking enforcement officers with assistance of the West Windsor Township Police Department for the benefit and the protection of our customers.
  • For both permit and daily pay lots the WWPA relies primarily on license plate recognition (“LPR”) scanners to identify plates of vehicles that are parked without proper authorization based on the information provided by our customers.
  • Parking enforcement officers use wireless State issued equipment to issue summonses.
  • Any customer wishing to contest the summons must notify the court, after which they will be required to appear in court to plead their case.
  • The West Windsor Municipal Court has exclusive jurisdiction over all summons issued.
  • Vehicles towed from facilities managed by the WWPA at the Princeton Junction train station, and at the direction of the WWPA, shall be towed to Al’s Sunoco service station. Al’s Sunoco can be reached by calling 609-799-2252.
